  • Click on the Revenue Department Services page.
  • Select the ‘Income certificate‘ option
  • The application form will come.
  • Fill in the following details like: –
    • Name of the applicant
    • Name of parent/spouse
    • Aadhaar number
    • Date of birth
    • Gender
    • Age of the applicant
  • Fill in the details of income in the application.
  • Upload all documents.
  • Click on the “Show Payment” option.
  • Click “Confirm Payment” to confirm payment.
  • Fill in all the details related to internet banking

Recover Your Forgotten Password

If you forget your Mesava password, you need to follow these steps:

  • Open the official website of Miseva.
  • Click on the “Forgot Password” option from the home page.
  • Enter your user ID and click OTP option.
  • Now enter the OTP you received on your registered mobile number or email id
  • Enter your new password and confirm your password
  • Click Submit Options and you can now login using the user ID and new password you set.
